Playing with these Bath Salts is not a good idea by any stretch of the imagination. I would imagine this individual has a prior record to include drug use.

How did the police determine the individual was high on bath salts? Was he bubbling or did he smell good or what? If the building was unacessable how do they know there are crawly creatures about? This is pee poor reporting.

They likely know it was bath salts because the body gets so hot that people take clothing off and are extremely thirsty/dehydrated and agitated. Tend to destroy stuff, or people. Very dangerous. Cant understand what people get out of this. Why chained to a bed and not on psych unit at hillcrest?

WVU-the little gold gettaway car-where did that criminal go? has he been apprehended yet?

That gas station is the site for a utube video of wpd doing mock robbery. Google -officer ald er man of wpd. A friend copied her fb page yrs back. Drunkity drunk got promotion. No indication of salts though

Wwu, so what are you alleging, exactly? That the crimes did not occur, or that smith was not high? What reason would the police have to lie or make this up?

They should be able to tell the signs of bath salts. Very distinct behavior. However, they can report whatever they want to keep the grant money coming in to the area.

Money and ego always motivator for those who are not motivated by doing the right thing.

EVeryone once in a while you start to read the comments and you find a story like this one and then you see someone who is adamant that the police department created some conspiracy to accuse a bleeding naked guy laying on a creek bank of wrongdoing. Or that somehow they did this for money. Was this guy a "throwdown" druggie like police in the big cities do with guns? They planted this guy there? Just every once in a while you wonder what goes on in people's heads or if its time to change the gerbil.
