I see they bought lots of shovels.. wonder how much crap they will be shoveling toward the citizens of Wheeling as the water rates keep increasing.

Yup....and about one mile NORTH of this site some bonehead wants endless big trucks to dump frack waste to be hauled SOUTH on barges.

Talk about 'taking a dump in your mess kit'!

rover, Weirton already took a dump in your mess kit. Literally. And Steubenville. And East Liverpool. And Pittsburgh. But you keep on quaking in your little booties about one little plant that will not be dumping ANYTHING into the river, and don’t even think about those MILLIONS of people upstream dumping their cleansers and solvents and insecticides and herbicides and fungicides and antibacterial agents and unmetabolized pharmaceuticals, and human waste into your water supply. Because the most important contaminant in your water supply is the one the loons keep reminding you about that nobody intends to dump into your water supply. LOL
