I hope the firm is bonded and must post a bond for any damaged done to the records in this process. Funny how records can disappair and what government employee should be there at all times during the process is another good question.

Didn't someone, like Chesapeke or Ranger pay to have Marshall and Ohio county's records digitized? Well, the abstractors are still jammed up the halls of those counties making it hard to do business in those courthouses.
