i agree with most of this but now the 'newspaper' (term used lightly) now just looks like it's being petty. because the NR staff does not like city admin. the pettiness will roll on for sure. here's an idea, let's start tracking the number of mistakes in the rag..whoops i mean paper and report them all the time.

Too late. You can't mow it now. Under US Title 33, Chapter 36, Subchapter V, Section 2317, it officially qualifies as a wetland. And a rain forest. And arctic permafrost. Cutting those endangered plant species would be a Federal crime, not to mention the irreparable damage you would be doing to the fragile east Wheeling environment.

You could, however, put a well pad on it. But no fracking, because the radiation would kill everyone in the tri-state area...
