Soooooo, ther was an intent to enter the building after hours based on the intentional act of an accomplice. They entered the building in dark of night. They were not supposed to be there. What did the judge assume they were there to do--bake cookies? Whatever alters his reality is probably just as illegal. But don't worry--they'll be back in custody soon enough, for something worse that they won't be able to skate from!

Four teenagers snuck into a building where one of them worked, at night, to do what teenagers do at night. No theft. No vandalism. They got a night in jail as a lesson in why you don't sneak into buildings at night. Lesson learned. End of story. Why this made the news is beyond me. Will we be publishing the names of every pair of kids caught making out in the park after closing hours? Good grief...

Brain dead decision. The Police simply caught this bunch before the set out to damage and destroy. It happens all of the time and finally these 4 caught before they got to work. What happens? Duffus judge lets them walk.Hope the police follow by charging with other violations,

topofthehill, so we're convicting teens for crimes not yet committed? Because you just know they were about to commit them? I'm so glad you're not a cop or a judge. But there are positions in law enforcement in a few banana republics and islamic dictatorships where you could probably do well... LOL
