If you are concerned about this plant, attend the Planning Commission meeting tomorrow at the City Council building at 5PM.

If the gas and oil have no fear of fracking and the affects to the public why would they have two PA children banned from talking about gas drilling, or fracking for the rest of their lives because of terms of a legal settlement reached between their parents and 3 oil and gas companies.

Trust but verify and make more court ruling open to the public if there is no risk to human life.

I know we have reciprocal agreements with 5 states but how many states do we not have an agreement and are not collecting WV state income tax at city, county and state level. Maybe too many day employees failing to pay their fair share for working in WV and we should be in the black in our government budgets.

I wonder how many employees are considered day rate employees and are not paying state and city taxes. I wonder how many tanker truck drivers are paying WV road taxes and income taxes? I wonder why we have to foot all the bills for the damage that the oil and gas trucks have done to our local roads with increased or new taxes?

Election next year now is the time to start watching where the donations start coming in from for all our fine elected officials and then vote according to who did not get donations from the oil and gas folks if you want true representation.

Spanky is right. All the lies and pseudoscience and fear mongering haven’t prevailed over facts and the law. You’ll have to resort to throwing yourselves on the ground kicking and screaming now. Wear dark clothes so the tire tracks don’t leave permanent marks.

GreenHunter is certainly proceeding as if they already have approval. Walk past there on the trail everyday. They have cleared out the old stairway to the river & all the growth around the area. The 3 old tanks & other things have all been painted. I agree, 30 trucks a day is a blatant lie!!! What other lies are they telling!!!

It's too bad for the people of Warwood!!! You folks are going to have to literally throw yourselves in front of those trucks now.Your elected officials aren't going to listen to you!!! And the trucks? Well, enjoy all that noisy, dusty crap Warwood. I have to deal with coal trucks that bouncing and crashing down my county road at 300 am Monday thru Friday. THIS Ohio Valley is THE NASTIEST PLACE ON EARTH!!!!!!!!
