I guess voting no multiple times just isn't registering with Bellaire City schools? Reading comprehension anyone? If "the common folk" aren't getting raises what makes you think you can keep trying to milk more of these people?

So how should the money problem in this school system be solved?

Does the school board shut down the school, consolidate with Bridgeport and/or Shadyside, cut back on benefit packages for the employees, eliminate all classes and programs (sports, music, etc.) that are not required for graduation, buy lottery tickets and hope for a winner, or resign and let someone else deal with the problem?
