Mr. Gossett this is all more smoke and mirrors. In the building I live these same people will not walk the floors without notifying JMHA in advance including the board members. These problems will not change so long as the board make up and JMHA management make up does not change nor except responsibility for their part in these problems. Please sir visit public housing at random times without notifying anyone that you will be doing so. Remember one thing "public housing" is NOT about housing the elderly, disabled or poor it is about keeping Federal dollars rolling into Jefferson County.
