If you are in law enforcement for the money, you need to move on!

MILLIONS of VOLUNTEER fire fighters risk their live every day for FREE!!!

Why do cops feel superior???

require new hires to sign a 5 years contract and post performance bond. Why can't a few road cameras and a drone console operator do the work of a dozen or so personnel ?

Whether they are in it for the money or not, Law Enforcement Officers SHOULD be paid better... just like Teachers. Cops risk their lives EVERY DAY and Teachers are part of the building block foundation for children to become productive well-taught adults.

Why should teachers earn more money? Education spending, in inflation adjusted dollars, per capita and as a percentage of GDP has exploded since the 1950s. Can you honestly tell me that, outside of technology that was not available then, today's graduates are smarter than a graduate in 1960?

Kids are dumber, less mature, less motivated and often lacking in morality, patriotism, discipline and humility. A combination of liberal brainwashing in failing schools and lousy parenting has brought us to this.

As for being a cop for $12 per hour? Ah, no thanks.
