So these are sold for smoking tobacco? I might have been born at night but it wasn't last night.

Older folks will not like this. However, this appeals to some younger folks: college students and probably some unsavory folks. Unsavory folks would probably prefer drugs and consider hookah smoking wasteful spending. Chill folks....this is a good thing. We cannot attract young people by offering them old foggy stuff. Need proof? Look around you the next time you go to a festival in the city. You will see a huge majority of old folks. The current people in charge are turning Wheeling into a senior citizen gathering place.

The Clean Indoor Air Act is quite straightforward in allowing retail tobacco shops to "test their products" (smoke inside). The problem I ran into was a lack of funds and time more than anything else. Unfortunately I've been away at college and can't see Kravolic's shop but I hope he's able to turn it into a fun and vibrant place and not just charge for a hookah and a chair. Good luck mike!

I can’t think of anything more invigorating and productive than spending a few hours sitting in a small, dim, bare brick-walled room su cking expensive flavored smoke into my lungs. If they would only add bongo music and a strobe light – nirvana.

I have been in Kravolic's store and it is a well-lit, very well kept, respectable business. He has every form of LEGAL tobacco you can imagine. Hookah bars in other countries are used for sampling flavored tobaccos or for social gatherings. That's what his shop is set up for. Yes, they are used for tobacco, but just like many other things, people can pervert something and use it for what it was never intended for in the first place. Of course people will believe what they want to and trying to convince them otherwise is futile. I wish him luck and good business. Glad to hear business has picked up for him.

@whgsfuture - "Older folks will not like this. However, this appeals to some younger folks: college students and probably some unsavory folks. "

Generations change. I remember whgspast as a golden era. South Wheeling was in the firm control of organized crime with nearly 30 'sporting houses'. That's where a lot of college guys hung out. The controlling folks kept good order and safety. Sometimes, at least in the past, 'unsavory folks' are the white hats.

His store is a great place and a very friendly environment he has alot more then just the hookahs hes turned an old building into something positive that not many other people do in wheeling. Most get knocked down and turned into parking lots! Hes got great prices and its definately a fun place to go. His store is for anyone who likes hookahs or cigars or smoke cigarettes or for the people who roll their own he has a lot to offer for anyone looking for tobacco products
