It is NOT "reasonable" to assume that EVERYBODY is guilty of a crime!!

Therefore it is NOT legal to face scan or plate scan EVERY citizen!!!

It is in fact a DIRECT and WILLFUL violation of the 4th amendment!!!

And Dewine SWORE to "uphold" and "defend" the constitution!!!


FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY and bring him up on treason charges!!!

This sounds a lot like the NSA dereliction of our duty and confident that current state law protects against the misuse of the facial recognition program. But, the AG should be working on just enforcing the ethics of the state politician and this would be a full time job that would show the public that government works for the people rather than maybe for some other part of the government. Put the Sunshine where it needs to be to keep government in check.
