UNCOMMONSENSE

Aug-29-13 10:01 PM

How does that saying go?

People who live in glass houses....

We have attorneys and business owners that become involved with local governments that will eventually make decisions that effect THEIR businesses!!

We should NEVER allow attorneys or business owners to be commissioners, mayors, or counselman for the very SAME reason these law dogs are arguing about!!!

We have judges working WITH attorneys INSTEAD of working for the PEOPLE!!

And we have commissioners working for THEMSELVES instead of the best interests of the PEOPLE!!

And to question the "ethics" of ANYBODY is really hypocritical when some have so many skeletons of their own to hide!!!

Should the solicitor Thomas made a statemen when all this was going on in the first place? He could of given the legal and illegal part of the argument to the public at council meetings. Now can you sue him for failure to protect the citizens?

The politicians always blame the laws and taxes for WV being not business friendly. Maybe the main reason is the Ethics of our politicians for being not business friendly.

This is a good example for WV Legislature to start understanding the need to enforce Ethics in WV and they need not travel to ND to get an example. Should you hold the city attorney responsible since he represents the government for the citizens or does he represent the politicians and not the citizens..
