served his time?if you are a convicted murderer then you should rot.if you mess with kids you should rot.this guy will be turned loose again and he'll do something bad fixing these people but the judicial system seems to think so.

So, does this mean my neighbor is not allowed to rent an apartment to Cash or someone like him? What if he rented an apartment in the building next to Woodsdale School? Would the landlord be criticized in the media as YSS has?

Maybe it is the law that needs to be changed so that this type of criminal must register as offender even after completing parole.

What about those who rent property, how difficult is it for them to do a background check? I dont know how hard it is to do or the cost. Maybe individuals with a signed rental application should have access for free for the state or county sheriffs dept. to run these checks. That would also allow YSS easy access, or any program that helps the needy.
