mk, maybe law enforcement needs to set up checkpoints along the roads in Marshall County to check the identification papers of everyone who passes. Investigate all citizens living within a mile of all schools. Record and investigate their emails, phone calls, social contacts. Do it for the children. Because you can't be too safe.

More Kool-Aid please.

oops that was " LOOKS LIKE the company is already in court."The reason it is important to look at who is working near a school is that the district is in the position of responsibility and that is a legal as well as moral obligation.

mkravinglunatichunt "Require FBI background checks of all workers.Enforce the law"

Are FBI background checks of all industrial workers required by the law now? Or are we still living in America?

"Water problems are increasing as well as structural damages."

Name one. So far you loons haven't demonstrated a single case of damage. yawn...

The proposed well is over a half mile away from the school. When you stop driving your emissions-spewing car within 50 feet of houses and schools I'll consider limiting industries outside a half mile from them.

Maybe the Board of Ed should consider leasing the mineral rights there. Think of the benefits the children could reap from the millions in funding that could provide.

CANCER! flaring and other air emissions are a nightmare..ask the residents of Rt 89 Wetzel County..blood testing of all students before and after the drilling for benzene and other exposures, posting of a million dollar bond? Water problems are increasing as well as structural damages.Ask the company brass to sit next to the wells every day during school hours and breathe that air themselves..
