At least three gas shale formations, wonder. So this gas business isn't going away anytime soon, no matter what the other loons tell you.

Anytime there's big money being made you can rest assured a Government parasite will be taxing, feeing, and fining it. Government parasites have to make a comfortable living, too.

So a gas industry-related company discovers a problem, resolves it before ODNR even knows about it, before being told to do so, and before any damage is done. And that still merits a $100,000 fine, an ODNR suspension of their operations, and threats of further criminal and civil prosecution. Other responsible companies should learn their lesson from this and realize Ohio is NOT a place you want to responsibly do business.

'Meant no harm?" The word "environmental" should be removed from their company name!
