Yeah, I would agree, just by looking at this picture,of this property I would say that it never should have gone to court. I have been singled out in my community simply because I reported an illegal dump-site, which actually is as big as a landfill. Almost got ran over, on my own property by the people who won a fat contract to clean the site up. Singled out, yep I know the feeling!

It is always a misunderstanding until you get yourself a lawyer. This is why HOME RULE is a problem. Local government should come up with fines for Ethic Violations when a citizen reports it to the city police. Now this would be HOME RULE. A great source of income for a city.

State Ethics training is going on in Wheeling and it look like very few in attendance. Officials of Wheeling should of pack the seating along with the rest of the Ohio Valley cities. But, of course maybe they don't want to know about illegal acts in the personal gain category. Remember ignorance of ethics is no excuse.

I'm in agreement with this guy, he is being singled out. Been through this crap before. When the city wants your property they find a way to condemn your property.

not that i am defending this guy.. but the city truly singles him out all the time. the relationship between him and the city is indeeed SHI***. behind closed doors you can get the 'officials' to rip on him and what he does all day long. Too Many Secrets!

Happens all the time in Bellaire..some one with city ties wants a property and it suddenly rises tot he top of the condemned list event hough others have been vacant rat and raccoon homes with caving in roofs for decades.
