In Singapore they cane people, which seems to be a sufficient deterrent in many cases. Lock up the dangerous criminals and beat the crap out of the rest.

I don't care if they are packed into Prison like the Black Hole Of Calcutta, do the crime , do the time. Although I do agree with the lesser sentences for small amounts of pot, etc.

Legalize drugs and give up on the WAR on DRUGS. It was lost 30 years ago but Law Enforcement keeps kicking a dead horse.

They gets lots of money from the Feds to buy Swatmobiles and kick down doors, but drugs are worse than ever.

Prostitution and drug abuse are basically victimless crimes.

Save the big house for VIOLENT crimes against innocent people.
