Gee! The Mayor was only trying to get a little extra money into his retirement account so his family would live happily ever after. After all it was only taxpayer money that he stole.

Ethics training will be wasted on people who have no Morals.

The corruption and ethic problem up and down the Ohio Valley will probably be blame on the water. Offices of the Ethics, State AG, and State Auditor should set up a field offices in the Ohio Valley to get things back to normal.

Wonder if anyone from Weirton attended the training session on Ethics in Wheeling this week? The exmayor must of never attended any ethics training during his term on personal gain and "double dipping" by government employees since he was also the dogcatcher for the city.

This development in Weirton just goes to show you the lack of Ethics training and maybe a whole series of training films should be produced and showed on the WLU station as a public service. Maybe they could make a reality series like called “BUCK STOLEN “ on local governments.
