She will never answer truthfully. Look at Obambams record for truth!

Quasar-Someone needs to ask this woman where she stands on the following issues. 1. 2nd amendment rights.' 2. Amnesty for illegals. 3. Restrictive EPA regulations on the coal industry. (war on coal) 4. Obamacare (defunding) 5. The misuse of our military in the Middle East.

While you're at it you should ask Goosey, hoopee, and Caltran how they feel about these same issues, maybe they are "closet far right extremists" too.

Goosey: I didn't see your response in the other blog so I'll ask again here;

What is your definition of "the far right extremists"?

It would be unfair to make you defend this inflammatory comment without asking you to tell us what you mean by it.

Ragnar is correct: These "career Democraps" have NEVER had to live in the real world. They have sucked their sustenance on the public dole from the get-go and have never had to worry about running out of other peoples' money. Considering the liberal bias of the WVU "School" of Journalism, this is not surprising. The don't teach reality there - they teach how to spin reality to fit an agenda. Apparently, she did well in the "spewing bull**** to the public" class.

caltransplant: Are you the nutjob woman from Cameron? What exactly IS the "gun problem"? I have guns. They sit nicely in their little cases until I decide to get them out, put brass projectiles in them, load and pull a lever. Mind you, they don't do anything ON THEIR OWN. BTW, welcome to West Virginia: A state where it WILL take a civil war to remove our guns. Enjoy!

Nice person. Born, raised, educated, married and living in WV. Period!

Two 'soft core' degrees from WVU. Married her employer. No experience or education whatsoever in Federal or World agencies, politics, history, culture, on and on.

Had she taken Federal employment after college and/or SERVED in either civilian or military posts I certainly be impressed. As it is....I could never support a person who probably thinks a trip to a Pittsburgh sports game is a world adventure. In a word...she's never been anywhere, done nothing, knows nothing of the vicious world we live in, speaks no foreign language, etc. As a Senator she would receive 'committee' assignments and be involved in complex National issues. Nope. She is not qualified in any way, shape or form for such.

I heard her speak once and she said she really did not want to Sec of State but it was open and she could not run for governor that election. So here is Nat, another party toad Dem, telling us, with a great big smile, that she wants to go to D.C. and be a party toad there. Her main function in life is campaigning and she has been doing it as her primary function for years. In short, she is a political hack and thats what we are trying to get rid of in D.C

The former TV reporter and anchor campaigned on her efforts to bring the office's business filing and licensing services online. She also touted the fact that her office had overseen seven elections in less than three years, including special elections for governor and U.S. Senate. She ran unsuccessfully for governor in one of those elections in 2011.

"Tennant has a bachelor's degree in journalism from West Virginia University, where she also served as the school's first female Mountaineer mascot. She also has a master's degree in corporate and organizational communication."

I see no qualifications for US Senator OR WV Sec. of State, in this resume'

Goosegirl thinks adherence to the Constitution, tax cuts, integrity, the protection of human life and a strong national defense is "extreme"...

Too funny!!!

Wow, so the far right wing extremists are NOW trying to distance themselves from the TeaParty? Seriously? Good luck with that. A little too late to try to change your colors just for an election.

I don't think Capito-Moore is the answer for WV! Dad/Daughter have been in Congress or Gobernor (prison cell) seat representing themselves since 1957! How have things been going in the last 55 years in WV?

try something different and that is not tennant either..........

rag:I think the margin will be much higher for Capito VS Tennent. Tennant has no credentials. Capito does. I have heard, however, there MAY be a surprise candidate. The newly retired principal of Orrick Law who purchased a home in Wheeling recently. He is a Wheeling native.

WV citizens may go for something fresh, high profile, capable, World class and credible.

These low IQ hillbillies need to understand that they KEEP electing the SAME people expecting DIFFERENT results!!!!

You don't vote for the one who has the biggest sign!!!

Shelly Moore Capito is not a true Tea Party Patriot but she is a moderate Republican who fits somewhere in between the Tea Party and the old line establishment.

She has fought for West Virginia and a fair analysis will show that she has not let the DC power go to her head. You can tell that she actually cares about her state and is attempting to make things better.

Tennant is a loser who won 11% of the vote in the Social Democrat Gubernatorial primary and her husband is a former loser in a race against Congresswoman Capito.

Mrs. Capito has seen her share of the vote grow in each of the last 4 elections.

I think that, barring any miscues or last minute surprises, she defeats Tennant 56-44.

And Tennant can try and run for governor again and lose again.

Tennant and her husband (typical liberals-they have different last names) both live on the public dole.

I am so glad that she supports gun control measures. I mean, those pesky terrorists (which she mentioned) might be able to buy guns and murder us, if not for the MOJO proposed background checks!

I'm sure that Muhammad Potty would walk into Cabelas and attempt to buy a dozen handguns for his Jihad!

Less than 1% of all murders in this country are committed by lawful gun owners.

Most murders are committed by people who do not even attempt to legally purchase firearms.

Has this woman ever had a real job?

cal, do you say that because I point out the fact that your Democrit candidate has done nothing in her short career in politics other than campaign and smile for the camera? Or do you say that because the your Democrit WV politics has done so well for WV’s economy?

cal’s right Shemp. Most Democrits shed those pretentious second names when they want to look like “just plain folks.” Take Hillary Rodham Clinton, for instance. Have you ever heard Mrs. Rodham speak before a mostly black church crowd? As Harry Reid puts it, she can put on the ne gro dialect when she needs it. It's especially hilarious when some of the New England Rodham sneaks out between the Hot Springs “Aww don't feel noways tired”s and the Little Rock “I've come too faarrr from where I started frum”s. LOL

CTP,That means a lot coming from you!

What is the gun "problem" you are talking about?

What is comprehensive immigration reform?

Do we have Senator's that don't support health care?

Where to start with these right wing wacko comments. The winner is Shemp. You just don't like women, do ya'? Quasar, Troll, you just don't seem to believe in the 2 party system. A lot of people don't agree with you. That's why we have e-l-e-c-t-i-o-n-s. I want a senator who will support Health Care, bring us comprehensive immigration reform, back the EPA's efforts to clean up the environment, and do somrthing about the gun problem.
