Nice person. Born, raised, educated, married and living in WV. Period!

Two 'soft core' degrees from WVU. Married her employer. No experience or education whatsoever in Federal or World agencies, politics, history, culture, on and on.

Had she taken Federal employment after college and/or SERVED in either civilian or military posts I certainly be impressed. As it is....I could never support a person who probably thinks a trip to a Pittsburgh sports game is a world adventure. In a word...she's never been anywhere, knows nothing of the vicious world we live in, speaks no foreign language, etc. As a Senator she would receive 'committee' assignments and be involved in complex National issues. Nope. She is not qualified in any way for such.

Will George Soros fund this campaign the way he did when she first ran for Sec.of State?

ragnar, I would not be so bold to predict a sitting D state office holder as a "big" loser, yet! WV has a long history of electing a lot more D's than R's in state wide elections. She is also being endorsed by Jrock, if he decides to fund the campaign things will not be so easy for Capito. You do realize that Capito's congressional district is a sweet spot for R's in WV?

BTW, Jrock funded Jennings Randolph's campaign back in the 80's to hold the seat until his second term of gobernor was done. Guess who Randolph was running against.....Arch Moore!

Wonder if Obama will Finally come to WV to campaign for her! Hasn't shown this face yet! I'll be in the welcoming mob for sure! Another opportunity to turn WV redder! WV democrats will be like another titanic cruise with Jim Jones kool aid! Go Shelley, Go!

Perpetual loser runs for Senate, will lose big time, is how the headline should run.

If one of the "common" peeps decided to run for US Senate would they get two days of "free" headlines from the State News Media? The D and R committees determine who you can vote for, peeps actually think they are the "choosers!"
