WVU Humbled in Baltimore by Terps

September 22, 2013

BALTIMORE — When a coach and his players use such words as “inept” and “disgrace” and “whupped” to describe the team’s performance, it’s safe to say things did not go well....

whgfeeling, Blue and Gold, those uniforms sure do look yellow! Tell your boy hoghead that the school colors are for sure not black and white, do notice the colors he wears on the sideline.......

every football team has rebuilding years. you have shown your true colors "yellow" by not sticking up for your team during these times. go watch women's softball.

Holgerson must have voted for Obama. Loser.

caltransplant, WVU will receive the "full" cut from the big 12 in year 5, until then WVU Athletic department will lose money! Last year the athletic department lost 18 million dollars, the first time in the last 30 years! thanks Ollie!

Ollie hired a friend of a friend and it shows.

BtW, Stewart had 3 years at HC and was 9-4 in each season. WVU will be begging for 9-4 seasons in the future!

Anybody who knows anything about football, which encompasses all the commenters on this site so far, except those who say we stunk, doesn't blame Holgerson, let alone Luck, for this. Bill Stewart? Cut me a break! He put your program in the toilet. Oliver Luck has done more for WVU than anyone has in years. I may be an outsider, but I want to be a fan.

Luck was/is a mistake. Why not admit it? They should have kept Stewert.

Hire a Head Coach at a D1 school that had never been a HC at any level and join a conference with the closest school being 850 miles away (Iowa State-Ames, Iowa) and the "fans" think this won't be the normal.....

Last year had a pro QB and WR and could only win 7 games and got blasted by an average Syracuse Team.....

Buckle-up Ollie is taking you for a ride!

WVU was outclassed, OUT COACHED this weekend. I am sure the Bill Stewart coached teams are looked extremely good in the eyes of WVU fans right now. Way to go Oliver Luck.

Won't win another game this season. We're in way over our heads in the new conference.
