As all of us conservatives predicted, Obamacare is showing what a disaster it is.

It is orders of magnitude more complex than the Post Office and Medicare and we all know what a disaster those Departments are.

3500 pages of regulations that NO ONE PERSON understands, creates 49 new departments with hundreds of thousands of overpaid government employees.

No wonder the average family income in Washington DC is the highest in the USA, exceeding the tech heavy Silicon Valley in California with high paid individuals on the government teat.

OINK OINK OINK!

What could POSSIBLY go wrong??

@hoopie,

"Do your history lesson and you will see."

Howard Dean made a similar statement to your post was taken to task by Politifact. From the article, "Both Social Security and Medicare were indeed championed by Democrats, but passed with the help of Republican votes. And while some GOP members waited until the last minute to support Medicare, it was backed by half the Republicans on the Senate committee. So we find Dean's statement False."

History lessons indeed!

Republican shutdown?

The bill the House passed paid for every piece of the bloated, ineffectual monstrosity obie has inflicted on us to date. The ONLY thing left out was ACA funding.

Looks to me that obie considers getting his way in everything is more important than anything else. So the leader of the Free World is telling us if he can't have his way, he will take his football and go home.

Real mature guy you people support.

Notice all the name calling is coming from the Democrats? When you have a weak position, shout louder.

Anyone with a brain would look back in history and see how the conservatives acted when SS was enacted and also Medicare. The conservative response was very close to the same. Do your history lesson and you will see.

Another Federal Govt. mandate on such a grand scale. Why would anyone question this system having anything but a grand smooth running. Just as smooth as the federal mandated US Postal Service. Lower costs and better service for all. Wasn't that what Obama said on his health care law.
