Did you sign an agreement? Then live with it.

If you are too stupid to understand a contract, or to hire a lawyer to understand it for you, you deserve what you get.

If you don't adhere 100% to your agreement, the company should sue you for everything you have.

If the company does not adhere 100% to the agreement, they should pay you millions.

Make it painful for people to break contracts and you will see less of this.
