"Potential Threat" is NOT a legal basis for isolating a person from the community, or gives the State legal grounds to publish in unlimited ways, implying a person is a "threat". "Potential Threat" has no definition, no ability to challenge, and is used as the foundation to systematically isolate a person from society regardless of actual threat and is used in unlimited ways to discriminate against.

It is inherently illegal to warn people of a "potential threat" of which has no real meaning that can be pointed to, no ability to challenge and is the basis for social isolation.
