This story is total bs about the ACA (Obamacare). 1. To be a Cadilac plan it must cost more than $10200 per individual or more than $27500 for a family.

2. The 40% tax is not on the full premium only the amount over the limit. Example if they pay $30000 for a family the tax is 40% on the $2500 excess or $1000 not $12000.

3. The tax doesn't take effect until 2018.

4. The story claims their entire insurance premiums would be increased by $60000. That is total bs because the tax is not on the $185,000 it is only on the excess premiums.

AND IT DOESN'T GO INTO EFFECT UNTILL 2018.
