Dewine said there is No connection to the rape case. Dewine is quoted: "It's not unusual when you have a significant investigation to come across things that you did not anticipate finding"

The grand jury discovered that Rhinaman stole items out of the school while working there that had nothing to do with the original case

We don't have all the information the grand jury has, but -

with the aggressive tactics of DeWine it could be a case of making thin charges to put pressure on her father for thin charges there too.
