Cowtransplant, thieves are hard to find but just arrest everybody with an Obama-Biden 2012 sticker on their car and an Obamaphone in their ear and they will be guilty of stealing something from their fellow man.

You can just about bet your life it's a 18-30 year old druggie tat finds it easier to steal than get a job!

You know the kids the Liberals keep saying "it takes a village" to raise!

Well, this village is sick and tired of having to raise YOUR kids!!!

And since YOU did a LOUSY job of it now these druggies are costing ALL of us!!!

I say its time to take the 64KV that's at the substations and ELECTRIFY the fences that surround them!!!

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!

There would be little to no reason to steal copper if there was not some place to sell it for cash with which to purchase illegal substances.

Everyone in the Valley knows where you can get cash and which company will gladly buy stolen goods.

Shut down those who knowingly buy stolen copper and you will shut down 99% of copper theft.
