"If you hire an electrical contractor to wire your new house and the system doesn't work whose fault is it. would you want your money back from the contractor?"

Nice try! But in this case, it was we the customer (taxpayer) who hired a General Contractor (the govt) who employed a sub contractor (the electrician) who completely screwed up the project.

So yes, as the person spending the money (taxpayer), I want my money back from the General Contractor (govt) because they hired idiots (electrician) as a sub subcontractor!

Thanks for your input oldman!!!

wonder states, "Might want to do some REAL fact checking on debt and spending:

From the White House dot gov website "Table 1.1—Summary of Receipts, Outlays, and Surpluses or Deficits (-): 1789–2018"

2007 (last budget before Dem's controlled Congress)

Tax Revenue receipts - $2.56 Trillion

Outlays (spending) - $2.72 Trillion

Deficit (for the YEAR not a month)- $161 BILLION

2013

Tax Revenue receipts - $2.71 Trillion

Outlays (spending) - $3.68 Trillion

Deficit - -$972 BILLION

So wonder, your always ranting about fact check this, fact check that! So go to whitehouse dot gov/omb/budget/HISTORICALS

wonder - Might want to do some REAL fact checking on debt and spending.

Even if your able to find the government website, I'm sure you'll still call it right wing "spin"!

Post a couple facts from the cited website and give me your analysis.

Don't change the subject, don't blame Bush, don't blame Fox News. Just cite the data!!

C'mon, Mike, you know Blunder, Minivan, braintransplant and their ilk will stay the course! "Everything is for the best in this best of all possible worlds!"

Sounds like the basic approach for the Democratic Party for the current situation, doesn't it?

Voltaire wrote that two decades before the French Revolution, which started a series of upheavals that lasted for almost a century. Makes you wonder what all this government idiocy will lead to...

WASHINGTON — A tech firm linked to a campaign-donor crony of President Obama not only got the job to help build the federal health-insurance Web site — but also is getting paid to fix it.

Anthony Welters, a top campaign bundler for Obama and frequent White House guest, is the executive vice president of UnitedHealth Group, which owns the software company now at the center of the ObamaCare Web-site fiasco.

UnitedHealth Group subsidiary Quality Software Services Inc. (QSSI), which built the data hub for the ObamaCare system, has been named the new general contractor in charge of repairing the glitch-plagued HealthCare.gov.

Welters and his wife, Beatrice, have shoveled piles of cash into Obama’s campaign coffers and apparently reaped the rewards.

SOOOO the Obamacare website if ***up because of more Crony Capitalism of the Obama family.

Man, the faux scandal creators are really reaching now. It's a wonder that our government can find time to govern in the face of this constant agitation by the losers. It's childish, at best. Unfortunately, they're doing real damage to our society and our way of life.

I imagine the application for employment with the Obama administration starts with this request: 1. Please define hubris and provide at least three examples where you have displayed it with impunity.

Yo, Friday Funny Time:

"Notes from an Obama administration meeting about the problem-plagued ObamaCare website indicate only six people signed up for the health care law on its first day, according to documents released by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee(!)

Fox News' Ed Henry told Megyn Kelly on “The Kelly File” Thursday that the documents, released by committee Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa, are not official enrollment numbers, but say that as of the morning of Oct. 2, “six enrollments have occurred so far with five different issuers.”

The notes were taken at a “war room” meeting of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which has been tasked with implementing ObamaCare.

They say that at the next meeting, which took place on the afternoon of Oct. 2, “approximately 100” people had signed up and 248 enrollments had occurred by the morning of Oct. 3. "

Blunder, the figures don't lie. Using constant dollars (that's when some smart person figures out how much inflation happened each year and subtracts it out) five years into the hope and change presidency we are collecting less total income tax than we were when old George was two years after 9/11. Considering obama has been winding down wars, not building them up, with the expected "peace dividend" we should see, that's pathetic.

Plus, old George didn't have a boom in energy production to help the economy along. That alone should be boosting the economy.

Oh, that's right, it is. In North Dakota, Texas and Louisiana, all Red States.

As for health care, we had a system that took care of 90% of the population without massive government intervention. If you believe their figures, you needed coverage for 30 million. Four years ago you could have bought a Blue Cross policy for under $3000 a year for all of them. That's 90 billion. Anyone that thinks this mess will

It’s not exactly a vote of confidence in the powers that be: A sizable number of Americans think the undead would do a better job than the brain dead in Washington, D.C.

Thirty-seven percent (37%) of American Adults believe the federal government would do a better job than zombies running the country today. But the latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that most Americans don’t share that view, with just as many (37%) who feel zombies would do a better job running the country and another 26% who can’t decide between the two.

BBWHAHAHAHA! I thought it already WAS RUN by a group of OBamaZombies!!!

"Google Inc. (GOOG:US), Red Hat Inc. (RHT:US), Oracle Corp. (ORCL:US) and other technology companies are contributing dozens of computer engineers and programmers to help the Obama administration fix the U.S. health-insurance exchange website.

The help is arriving as the government’s main site for medical coverage remains plagued by repeated outages a month after its Oct. 1 debut. Michael Dickerson, a site reliability engineer on leave from Google, and Greg Gershman, innovation director for smartphone application maker Mobomo, are among those helping, the Obama administration said today. "

OK now the Affirmative Action contractor that Moochella picked fell on their AZZ, time to bring in the smart rich White Boyz to FIX the Train Wreck!!!
