Typical of the Obama EPA Gestapo. They are not big on negative press so don't hold a meeting where there will be any negative coverage in the first place.

Like the meeting in the Rose Garden the other day with the 18 shiny, happy people who had signed up for Obamacare. Except Fact checking showed only 3 had signed up!

Everything is for SHOW in this dictatorship. They don't WANT any input, the decisions have already been made by a hand full of high level Gestapo leaders carry out the President's AGENDA, not the law.

Oh wow, what a surprise! *HELLO* Did we not see this coming? This is like giving lectures and holding show-and-tells on cobras and avoiding the entire country of India. Even I have to laugh at this one. A good example of transparency, all right.

This current EPA is sort of a first cousin to Faux News - they report, they decide. With the EPA it's - we'll pretend to listen, we'll decide.

BTW, haven't heard from Joe Biden much lately. Why do you suppose that is? At least he was was good for a couple of chuckles a week.

Dissent is not tolerated. Now they can refer to the report in terms of "all input suggested the actions we're about to take". Obamanites don't ask questions when they know what the answer is, I guess.

It is very clear coal is on the way out for power in the USA and probably elsewhere. WV should be taking steps to foster new industry vs trying to cling to the old. The State can not depend on coal and gaming going forward.

Note: Consol is divesting steam coal operations for a reason.
