FoxNews latest Poll:

"The lack of trust extends to Obama’s recent apology to Americans losing their insurance because of Obamacare. While 38 percent of voters believe the apology was sincere, many more -- 58 percent -- feel it was “mostly for political reasons.”

The president’s job rating on health care needs emergency care: a record-low 36 percent of voters approve. That’s down from 45 percent approving last month when the health exchanges had just opened (October 1-2, 2013).

At the same time a record-high 61 percent disapprove of Obama’s performance on health care. That’s up 10 percentage points in just over a month.

The president only performs worse on one issue -- the federal deficit. An all-time low 29 percent of voters approve, while a record-high 66 percent disapprove."

Keep talking OPIE, all the way to 11/4/2014

The Party of the Epic Fail Obamascam Enrollment Debacle, the Epic Fail 5 MILLION American Families with Obamascam-Cancelled Health Insurance Policies, the Epic Fail Trillion-Taxpayer-Dollar Stimuluses, the Epic Fail 48 MILLION Americans on Food Stamps, and the Epic Fail 22 MILLION Americans STILL Jobless has the gall to lecture the GOP on irrelevance and impotence?

Your desperate Demorats are bailing off the Obamatanic in droves, a-hole. Evend DNC Capo Ditzy Whinerman Shultz is calling for a GOP-style delay in the ACA. But keep bailing, because I’m sure you’ll get this sinking Demowreck upright soon. LOL

Please don't disrespect the Whigs by comparing the GOP to them. The GOP is not only irrelevent and impotent, but a disgrace to humanity.

lol..They bus the old folks who can't drive to the polls. They also bus republicans to the poles. Does every one old and or retired have to be a Democrat. That's about the dumbest thing I ever read. any way they all suck. when you all grow up and start voting for third party candidates then maybe we can change things.

No. It would be foolish to do so. Today the Dimocrats can bus people to the poll who are ignorant of everything other than what can they gain at others expence. It was only a few years ago when similar articles were written about the Dim people. Perhaps just perhaps enough voters who have some real world intelligence will go to the polls next time. But now that the freeloaders in the country know they can vote themselves a raise the Dimocrats will be very hard to beat.

Demoecomonics is the only math where a reduced increase is called a cut.

When you get a 2% raise after asking for a 5% increase is that a decrease in your salary?

Democrats would be more believable if they didn't think that people believe their LIES.

Republicans in Washington want to balance the budget by slashing Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps, education and other programs that millions of American families rely on. Sen. Bernie Sanders has a better idea. "At a time when we are experiencing more wealth and income inequality than at any time since the 1920s, and when Wall Street and large corporations are enjoying record profits, we should be asking the very wealthiest people in this country to start paying their fair share of taxes. That way, we will not only lower the deficit but bring in enough revenue to invest in our economy and create the millions of new jobs we desperately need," he said. Sanders is a member of the select House and Senate budget committee that meets again on Wednesday.

Blowover1958, still a communist azs-kisser! Jane Fonda is STILL a COMMUNIST C***!

8/6/2013

" Last week, while promoting the new feature “The Butler,” Jane Fonda commented on portraying conservative icon Nancy Reagan. “I don’t think that whatever differences there might be in our politics really matters,” she said.

But while she was talking about portraying the wife of preeminent Cold Warrior Ronald Reagan – the man who said “It’s silly talking about how many years we will have to spend in the jungles of Vietnam when we could pave the whole country and put parking stripes on it and still be home by Christmas” — Fonda, with no evident sense of irony, was wearing a shirt bearing the image of herself as Hanoi Jane. It was a raised middle finger to the Vietnam veterans she once said she was sorry she hurt."

Fonda and Blowover never learn.

ugly,

If popularity is what you're after, I guess you would have to decide between syphilis and the next 'fast-talking snake oil salesman' coming down the pike.

Or you could find out what government handouts programs each candidate will let your taxes pay for in order to get your vote.

Or, if you're from WV don't even think about the issues. Just mark the top of the ballot for the party that has gotten us to the national ranking that WV now enjoys.

busman - 'don't YOU also want to thank Jane Fonda for her contribution to the Vietnam War? Even her Father never forgave her for that!'

I'm a Viet Nam Vet and I can forgive her. She was young, spoiled, arrogant and stupid. She was seduced by some idiot leftist guy and she believed his BS. She did a terrible thing in going to NVN. She knows that now, she is humbled, ashamed and has publicly begged for a forgiveness she knows will never come.

Most of us doing stupid things and many of us realize it later, but few of us try to atone for such. I'm not religious nor am I a nice person but I bear no hate for this woman. I'm fairly sure she thinks about and regrets her foolishness at least once every few days. That's enough.

Blowover1958, "Look, Reagan was a Class B actor who played supporting role to a chimp."

Well yea I have to admit Barry is a Class A actor who gets an F minus as president.

"He had advanced 'Alzheimer's' before his first election, but, hey, that actually made him lovable and seen as capable "

Proving that Ronald actually HAD a brain, as opposed to Barry the Brainless, community organizing HOOD from Chicago.

George H. W. Bush was a decorated WWII pilot who was SHOT DOWN in the war.

George W. Bush I believe is the only US President to have been a qualified Jet Fighter Pilot. You recall he actually flew a jet while president with of course a top notch qualified pilot at his side in the front seat.

Then there Dopey Changey Barry who bowled a 129 and shot 150 rounds of golf in less than 5 years of Presidency.

But he HAS spend more money that the combined total of all 43 presidents BEFORE him, so he is number 1 at something . . . . .

As the Dems implode over obieCare and immigration, the best thing for the GOP is to just stand aside and keep pointing out to people that they had no part in this mess. The tough part is dealing with the vested interests, in both parties, that want the new bodies. Just remember, most of the really rich people in this country are Dems. Gates, Buffet, Jobs, Cuban, Ellison, Soros, Bezos, most Wall Street bank types...

They are not there because they love the little people and want to care for them. They are there because the Dems are great at hiding stuff in these monster bills.

"Dream on, you old fool. You live in a world that no longer exists."

Same world, same old problems, with another new generation of decision makers, unwilling to learn the lessons of history; too arrogant to listen to anyone that doesn't support their opinion of what the 'new world' should be; based upon the 'ideals' taught to them by an academia whose sole purpose is to find solutions to the problems that their last failed 'great experiment' burdened onto society.

Minivan, Old George was Texas ANG. At the time, those units were flying surveillance on Cuba. We did not have a very friendly relationship with them and it was regarded as a combat assignment, just like flying along the Iron Curtain in Europe, or the DMZ in Korea. Not to mention, flying a 60s vintage combat fighter was a LOT more complex than commanding a river boat, like Kerry.

As for the Annenberg survey cited, any study done by the "Norman Lear" Center is highly unlikely to find much positive to say about conservatives. Archie Bunker was Lear's ideal of a conservative, as portrayed by one of Hollywood's leading libs.

With all of the Progressive Socialists continually preaching their mantra on this site, why is it that they don't demonstrate their true following and instead of going out to eat or buying the things that make life better they could really show their compassion by donating the extra money to those that they think the government (the taxpayer) should support.

Progressive Socialist = Hypocrite

"...The 22 percent of American children now in poverty don't merit free school lunches or health care, but it is necessary and just that the richest 1 percent of children receive $10 million free of estate taxes. - Robert Reich"

I'm sure that at the passing of Mr. Reigh his entire estate is dedicated to lunch programs and health care for the poor children.

Hypocrite.
