$65,000, or 21.9% of the MAEA's 2011 receipts of $297,000, went to salary for this individual. Nearly $15,000 went to his mother. In addition, there were payments for benefits and something like $18,000 on office expenses.

With that kind of money coming in, why not fix the building up?
