@oldman, Brian Terry was killed under the actions taken my Holder. Holder then sought Executive action from Obama, and receive it to protect him from criminal actions that might be taken against him.

Oldbmvan:

This is an ABC News Article by Jake Tapper. You need to pay particular attention to the sentence, "In actuality, the Fast and Furious program was started in October 2009, nine months into the Obama presidency."

FYI oldbmsvan:

“I think it’s important for us to understand that the Fast and Furious program was a field-initiated program begun under the previous administration,” the president said. “When Eric Holder found out about it, he discontinued it. We assigned a inspector general to do a thorough report that was just issued, confirming that in fact Eric Holder did not know about this, that he took prompt action and the people who did initiate this were held accountable.”

In actuality, the Fast and Furious program was started in October 2009, nine months into the Obama presidency.

Previous programs involving ATF agents allowing guns to “walk” across the border so as to trace them were run during the Bush presidency, but not this particular “field-initiated program.”

Oldvanman- "if you are interested in un constitutional voter suppression check out any Repuglican controlled State."

Which Repuglican (sic) state are you referring to.

You know that you should point out this evidence to the Attorney General. I bet he would love to prosecute.

You might even get your name in the Huffington Post as a hero.

oldvanman- "Fast and furious was a Bush program. the Obama administration put a stop to it."

Think for yourself just once. If what you say is true, why are witnesses to Congress stating 'executive privilege' when questioned about Fast & Furious?

Are we to believe they don't want to testify against the Bush Administration?

Really.

Really.

Who do you think you are posting to? another Obama zombee.

@Shark: I actually voted for Obama in 08(I was a Dem). I did believe he was going to be a breath of fresh air in America, and his speeches convinced me. It didn't take me long to realize how wrong I was. The first was the Dept. Of Justice not investigating and prosecuting the Black Panthers in voted suppression. That was all it took to realize this was going to be an administration of corruption. Fast and Furious on the heels of this sealed the decision.......of course, the stupidity on Nancy Pelosi helped a tremendously too.

Well when you elect a President who made his way through life on Affirmative Action promotion instead of on ability or intellect, THIS is what you get.

The most disgusting FAILED administration in the History of the USA.

With CBS approval down to a record low 37%, the Honeymoon with the American public is definitely OVER!

Health Website To Miss Target?

The sheeple have once again missed the target at the voting booth.

This the most incompetent, untruthful, and dangerous administration the United States has ever known.

The harmful consequences of the Clintons has been deep, wide, and unforgiving.

The consequences of the current administration will be catastrophic.

If you think things are bad now, just wait.

A tsunami of consequences lie just around the corner.

If only the rebel sheeple would forsake their wicked ways and follow The Lord. It is the only way to real prosperity, health, and safety.

Here's a comical article:

"A new and independent analysis of ObamaCare warns of a ticking time bomb, predicting a second wave of 50 million to 100 million insurance policy cancellations next fall -- right before the mid-term elections.

The next round of cancellations and premium hikes is expected to hit employees, particularly of small businesses. While the administration has tried to downplay the cancellation notices hitting policyholders on the individual market by noting they represent a relatively small fraction of the population, the swath of people who will be affected by the shakeup in employer-sponsored coverage will be much broader.

An analysis by the American Enterprise Institute, a conservative think tank, shows the administration anticipates half to two-thirds of small businesses would have policies canceled or be compelled to send workers onto the ObamaCare exchanges. They predict up to 100 million small and large business policies could be canceled next y

The Department of Health and Human Services revealed on Wednesday a plan to spend up to $7 billion to find ways to reduce spending under the Affordable Care Act while maintaining or improving the quality of health care. The solicitation for bids for this wide-ranging project appeared today on the Federal Business Opportunities website:

The purpose is to develop a Research, Measurement, Assessment, Design, and Analysis (RMADA) IDIQ [Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity] to respond to expanded needs of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care ACT (ACA) and Health Care reform ACT (HCERA). The work awarded under the RMADA will involve the design, implementation and evaluation of a broad range of research and/or payment and service delivery models to test their potential for reducing expenditures for Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and uninsured beneficiaries while maintaining or improving quality of care. obamascare already has a death panel, what's the need for this contract?

Wonder of course it's a law and Obama decreed that part of that law (employer mandate) be delayed a year. When delaying the other part of the mandate was proposed it was met my not logic but ego.

The Dem's could have saved the country by ditching the arrogant behavior and compromising! The SOLUTION at that time was presented and the your party blew it!

Reid and company had broke the R's on the repeal strategy, but ego combined w/ partisanship outweighed doing what was right for the American people.

Demand a jobs bill?? The bills passed by our current administration have greatly hindered job growth.

The GOP was doing what their constituents voted them into office to do. If voters in those districts don't like then they will be voted out next election. Your tax dollars (thankfully) play no part in that process.

On Wednesday, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) released a video to Breitbart News exclusively in which he argued that the surveillance state under President Obama had grown beyond any reasonable proportions. “We were once outraged and dismayed and spurred to resist when British soldiers came knocking at our door with illegitimate warrants seeking taxes on our papers. Today,” Paul continued, “your government responds that there is no expectation of privacy once you consign your records to a third party. Your government applies that the Fourth Amendment applies not at all to your bank records, your Visa bill, your internet searches or purchases or emails. If not resistance, shouldn’t there at least be outrage?”

Paul said, “Imagine for a moment what information could be gathered from your Visa bill,” mentioning health information, political information, and personal information. “Are we so afraid of terrorists that we are willing to give up the very freedoms that separate us from them

CONT'D:

"The act would help stop “defensive medicine,” a widely condemned but commonplace practice used by doctors in which they perform extra and unnecessary tests on patients solely to avoid lawsuits. Its effects boil down to exponentially higher health care costs and distorted medical standards.

Finally, it would stop government from getting between you and your doctor by removing any possibility of health care rationing. It goes so far as to expressly state, “Nothing in this act shall be construed to interfere with the doctor-patient relationship or the practice of medicine.”

Obamacare is hurting jobs and health care, increasing cronyism, and millennials are suffering most. Conversely, RSC’s American Health Care Reform Act puts no unsustainable burdens on employers, meaning it won’t increase unemployment and hurt millennials. Lower costs means millennials can buy their own health care.
