INEXCUSABLE & CONTINUING SHAME!

Marshall County Board of Education Members and administrators pathetically, stood by and lacked either the skill or interest to prevent costly overruns. Flawed design, and a free for all change order catastrophe that not only cost taxpayers an additional one half million dollars, but left students attending a sub-standard facility. Now they engage the unmitigated tenacity to try and sell their liability and allow students to suffer.

How about Stewart’s Folly. The long proposed Highlands Interchange on Interstate 70. They spent $3,000,000 with nothing to show for it!

Never should allow the goberment at any level to settle lawsuits without full disclosure to the public! After all it's the public's money!!
