ugly, good thing your law would only apply to state reps. Because if it were to apply to all government officials there’s a confessed pot and occasional blow user occupying the Commander in Chief’s office right now that would have to go.

Of course the previous Democrit Commander in Chief would be allowed to reoccupy as First Ladykiller because his admission to illegal drug use included the unquestionably reliable mitigating statement “but I didn’t inhale.”

One who is looking for a moral outcome from an immoral social people will always be let down. This case is just the tip of the iceberg. Children grow up fast learning from their peers and "adults" how to "act" in doing whatever makes "you feel good" This is immoral, but most don't even know it. Where does these "children" learn these immoral acts? From "adults" of course. It all comes from lack of respect. Lack of love. Lack of being close to ones own soul. To respect the life of others, one must 1st learn to respect your own life force. And then respect all human life. Doesn't appear that this will happen anytime soon for the masses.

I agree..and furthermore if a state representative gets caught buying or using an illegal drug such as cocaine he or she should also never serve in public office again. One Trey Radel ..should do time in jail and never work in public office again
