Okay, lets see, it goes from all these major problems to small nuisance problems that can be fixed very easily with flex seal. Good job Mr. Cain, you should be at the county office as their public relations person. This building will never be done and will never stop costing us money. Also, where is the completed investigation of what went wrong and who is to blame for this debacle? Will we ever know? No, we will never know because MCS will never take blame for any mistake. It's always someone else.

PRINTING ERROR?

A recent Wheeling Intelligencer article quoted the school board reassuring the public that what appeared to be rain drops on the gym floor were discovered to be polyeurathane bubbles. Today the roof is leaking again. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAS MORE HOLES; THE ROOF OR BOARD MEMBERS VERACITY?
