"screw the working man, give no one a living wage"

The Republican plan? Really? Let's take a look a the Liberal reality and how it's affected the working man.

From BLS - Table 1. Median usual weekly earnings of full-time wage and salary workers by sex, quarterly averages, seasonally adjusted -1982 constant $

1st Qtr 2009 median earnings 91982 dollars) - $344

1st Qtr 2011 - $338

1st Qtr - 2012 - $335

3rd Qtr 2013 - $333

You can throw out all the insipid talking points you want about Republican policy but Liberal policy is decimating the "working man".

When the facts aren't on your side class warfare is all that is left.

Puberty, no all the Republicans have to do is to sit back and watch Obamacare SELF DESTRUCT, dropping 93 MILLION Americans from their helath insurance while raising their cost for replacement policies that they CANNOT BUY because they cannot get on the G***D**MN WEBSITE.

And just sit by and listen to the Obama bullcrap about the Economy while month after month a miserable 150,000 new jobs are created while 500,000 people drop out of the work force.

The most incompetent pathetic administration in the history of the country. Double the number of people on food stamps since Bush was office.

The Repubs simple plan: screw the working man, give no one a living wage, let no one have health insurance, and blame every minority, immigrant, homeless, struggling single mother, unemployed citizen, and vote NO on any legislation that is introduced to break the gridlock and move forward.

The Democratic plan in simple terms:

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day.

TEACH a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.

Give a man a welfare check, food stamps, Section 8 housing, Medicaid, and 100 weeks of unemployment checks and he will vote Democrat for a lifetime!!!

From the NY Times in 2006, "WASHINGTON, July 8 — An unexpectedly steep rise in tax revenues from corporations and the wealthy is driving down the projected budget deficit this year, even though spending has climbed sharply because of the war in Iraq and the cost of hurricane relief." "The main reason is a big spike in corporate tax receipts, which have nearly tripled since 2003, as well as what appears to be a big increase in individual taxes on stock market profits and executive bonuses."

The 2003 tax rate reductions for ALL Americans resulted in the wealthy paying a larger share of overall tax revenues. The top 10% were responsible for a 66% share of federal tax revenue in 1999 and that increased to 70% by 2009.

The problem with the analysis like the CPBB report cited in the Washington Post is that it assumes static behavior. In the case of the 2003 tax rate reductions tax revenue increased in subsequent years and deficit spending was actually reduced to $160 billion in 2007 (despite significant spending increases.

Gooseliar, you lie. I never copy-dump from Fox News the way you regularly copy-dump left-wing opinion crap from Hufferton Post. I post facts from Barry Obamboozlers own US Government websites. Like this:

National Debt: has GROWN by OVER 6 TRILLION under Obumbler. Most National Debt of ANY President. US TREASURY data.

Food Stamp recipients: have DOUBLED under Obumbler. Most food stamp recipients of ANY President. US DEPT OF AGRICULTURE data.

Unemployment: Reported AGAIN CLIMBING TOWARD 8 PERCENT under Obumbler. REAL unemployment including those who have given up looking for work reported INCREASING To 14 percent, UP to OVER 20 MILLION Americans jobless, under Obama. US BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS data.

FACTS. Your Choomer in Chief’s socialist dreams are a FAILURE. Deal with it, Demorats.

liberty copy-dumps OPINIONS from a left-winger’s OPINION blog in a left-wing OPINION section of left-wing rag and then says “face the facts.” LOL This kind of idiocy is what we’re dealing with. If we took out a page one ad in WaPo that said “HOLD YOUR BREATH” we could probably suffocate to death a majority of the Demorat vermin in America.

"If not for the Bush tax cuts, the deficit-financed wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the effects of the worst recession since the Great Depression (including the cost of policymakers’ actions to combat it), we would not be facing these huge deficits in the near term. By themselves, in fact, the Bush tax cuts and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan will account for almost half of the $20 trillion in debt that, under current policies, the nation will owe by 2019. The stimulus law and financial rescues will account for less than 10 percent of the debt at that time."

The Washington Post

Face the facts haters. I know a Dem paper. Just like funk news isn't biased. Lol

Let me to tell u Da Wrong, 7, 8 years ago when Amazon was first busting on the scene, I ordered 15, individually packed grill utensils, nothing big, normal grill tools, fork, flipper, tongs, etc., $10 each. They sent me each one in its in own box, that could have fit 15 in one. I received 15 boxes with all the styrofoam popcorn in each one stacked up on my porch, each with one item in it. Wow! How efficient! But now. Look how things operate. Ur problem as with all the haters is that u can't see the forest through the trees. The world is not "I Dream of Jeanie" when u blink ur eyes and the problem is solved. U will be the first one to cry the blues when racko paul or ted crud or beyno shuts down the gobernet again an costs us billions a day.

McDonalds must have been closed, the same old folks who insist they know it all are in here chatting back and forth. I love to watch and listen to the McDonald's think tanks, as they shout over each other and if they feel that they have no point they make up stats and stories to prop up their personal prejudices. Failing that they just insult each other. Obama is total lemon, was from the very beginning but an awful lot of people voted for him. Hard to get the word out about what he is doing because the press is so slanted. Forums like these could, but end up being the blowhard club for people who must have no friends to listen to them. Incredible number don't even live here. Must not have McDonald's forums in their hometowns.

“As you spend time with loved ones this holiday season, be sure to talk with them about what health care reform can mean to them,” - Michelle Obama

My family took Mrs. Obama's advice and discussed Obamacare over Thanksgiving dinner. An in law who works for the areas largest health insurance company is at her wits end. After two years of insanity working for ACA compliance, the latest imperial declarations are wreaking even more havoc for the people who actually implement insurance policies.

My sister, a nurse, is exhausted from working overtime as patients have rushed the office for procedures in an attempt to pre-empt ACA changes.

A niece, a physicians asst, is overworked and says the mandatory IT compliance is over complicated and will add needless hours to an already long work week. The doctor she works for has also stopped taking Medicaid patients.

I don't the Obama's really understand what the ACA means to most Americans!

"Want more Obama?

In The Washington Post, Jonathan Zimmerman, a history professor from NYU, has written an article claiming that all of America’s problems would be soloved–GET THIS–if only we would allow Barack Obama to run for a third term!

He wants to amend the Constitution and abolish presidential term limits.

Zimmerman writes that Obama–whose approval rating is at an all time low of 37%–would be much more effective at governing if he could stand for re-election in 2016 because then he’d be less likely to “ignore” the will of the American people. “It’s time to put that power back where it belongs,” he writes. “Barack Obama should be allowed to stand for re election just as citizens should be allowed to vote for — or against — him. Anything less diminishes our leaders and ourselves.”

We don’t know whether to shake our heads in disbelief, or burst out laughing."

(Conclusion) So why would a Black person, as part of a community with very high unemployment, support a party that is trying to push millions of law breakers into legality, so they can compete more easily for those same scarce jobs? And furthermore, would reduce the voting clout of the Black community, since in absolute terms they will be a smaller part of the population?

THIS gets a real loud response. It's fun to listen to them tying themselves into knots to avoid responding.

(continued) Then I ask a second question. As I see it, the biggest problem in this country is jobs. If more people had real jobs, that are not from obie pulling out the national credit card and hiring mud pie makers, the economy would take care of things no matter how stupid the government is.

We have at least 10 million illegals here. They are NOT here for our lovely climate, they are here for jobs. And don't give me that crap about minimum skill "nobody wants these jobs". Have you been on a construction site recently? I do not consider carpentry, roofing, or electrical work menial.

"These Repugs thought they had a sure winner in 2012"

Obama Marketing Inc was hugely successful in 2012! Hiding the IRS, NSA, AP and "you can keep your plan" scandals and making it a class warfare election. It was a brilliant marketing plan!

It would be interesting to see how things would've turned out if all those negatives were apparent at the time.

Oh wait, "WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Mitt Romney would defeat Barack Obama if the U.S. presidential election were held now instead of a year ago, a Washington Post-ABC News poll indicates."

Btw, WaPo/ABC predicted the 2012 election accurately w/ Obama +3.

Houston has a true public radio station, NOT NPR. Very lefty, but anyone that can get some money to cover costs can be on. Black Panthers, computer geeks, local chefs, Mexican music, Cajun, country, you name it.

I have been calling some of the talk shows, particularly the Black Panther and Black Muslim ones, and asking a fundamental question. The "benefits" the Dems have given the Black community over the last five decades have been a significant part of the damage to that group. The desttruction of the nuclear family, single parent households, wildly higher crime rates, terrible educational performance and high drug use compared to the rest of the population. So why on earth does the same community give almost it's total support to people that want to keep these same programs in place????

I get two types of answers. The party loyalists call me a bigot racist. The honest, more thoughtful ones will have a conversation, and admit there is a problem.

Doesn't it register with you blind loyalists that you are being USED?

Buffett, Gates, Jobs, Ellison, Soros and their buddies are not Democrats because they are idealists. They know the Dems are happy to keep them happy with little clauses put into bills like the tax laws for their benefit. Why do you think the tax code is a book the size of the New York Phone directory?

They just go along with the rhetoric, because they know the reality is a lot different than the public image.

Buffett was pushing a billionaire's tax. It was an INCOME tax. Buffett doesn't pay himself much of a salary. All of his real money is capital gains, with a much lower tax rate.
