What "makes no sense" is that while residential customers in 33 states, on average, realize electricity costs lower than those in Ohio

..and while the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel finds that this Substitute Senate Bill 58 can lead to 4 million Ohio households paying an additional $528 on their bill during the course of the electric companies' efficiency plans..

...even in its GOPeer watered down form, the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association says Senate 58 “is still a huge electric utility giveaway,”
