Since Obama is little more than an image in people's minds those who support him cannot articulate much factual information about him or his administration, it is difficult for them to process that he is nothing like the image that he sells them and they embrace like PC teddy bears. The Patriot Act was in reaction to 9/11 and direct threats and was passed by while Bush was reacting to the attack, and was passed gleefully by a totally Dem Congress. For most of Bush's time in office the Dem Party still held significant power to stop anything he proposed. Butt they didn't and if you are still clinging to the Bush chants that were part of Obama's finely tuned marketing campaign to take control of the country, its tough to reconcile that Bush was very bipartisan and accomplished all of those "bad things" with huge Dem support. He even had monthly meetings with Congressional leaders something that Obama does not do, ever. IRS,NSA, Libya, Egypt happened on Obama's watch, not Bus

Yo Dummy Dumorats, Obama RENEWED all of the TEMPORARY orders that Bush put in place, LONG AFTER 9-11.

If they were SOOOOOO Bad, why did Opie renew after 10 years in operation, knowing what we know NOW???

Because he LIKES spying on his political enemies as well as Muslims and Tea Party Members.

Yeah, gooseman, it’s ok if H rails against the constitutionality of W’s post 9-11 attack eavesdropping program as a Senator and then EXPANDS that program after he’s elected Flip-Flopper in Chief. Because flip-flopping hypocrisy is the status quo for the Demorat Party.

Going to be great fun watching the NR, Bill Olielly, Shaun Shammitty, Rush Limpballs et. al., all reverse their previous and documented spin on NSA spying and defend alQueda and terrorists rights, only because they hate Obama. Bring on the popcorn.

"Well Obama will just REPEAL the 4th Amendment, along with the 2nd and other RIGHT he wants to stomp on via Executive Order." Paranoid much Cartman?

Oh, wait.

"Soon after the September 11, 2001 attacks U.S. President George W. Bush issued an executive order that authorized the National Security Agency (NSA) to conduct surveillance of certain telephone calls without obtaining a warrant from the FISC as stipulated by FISA. The complete details of the executive order are not known."

P.O.S. duhhhhhhhhRAT, a.k.a. Cartman, lover of Iran, Russia and alQueda, sees a great opportunity to continue his frenzied hate of America/Obama. Im guessing this is good for 30 frenzied posts today from Cartman and all his equally deranged pseudo screennames.

No need to repeal the 4th. The passage of the NDAA has already given the power to El Presidenta to do as he wishes. I look for this to end in the court of the Supremes, where the unchecked spying on Americans will be upheld. It will be legal because they say is.

Well Obama will just REPEAL the 4th Amendment, along with the 2nd and other RIGHT he wants to stomp on via Executive Order.

And if we don't LIKE, he will selectively enforce the first amendment to take away the free speech rights.

So THERE! El Dictatoria hath Spoken!
