@uncommonsense. Let me try to explain this to you. The Belmont County Commissioners are referring to COUNTY Roads. They only have control over COUNTY Roads. The other roads that the trucks use are STATE Roads or US Roads. The Commissioners have no control over State or US roads. Your name "uncommonsense" fits.

"The first passed motion permits Gulfport Energy Corp. the use of 3.91 miles of County Road 128, also known as Boston Road, for the purpose of ingress and egress for drilling activity at the Amanda well site"

In other words they will or have destroyed hundreds of miles of local roads yet due to their influence will only be held responsible for 3.91 miles!!!

This would ONLY be right if their trucks some how grew wings and flew once they traveled that 3.91 miles!

But as we all know, these heavy trucks have been seen on virtually EVERY road in the county!!!

Of course the commissioners will make the RESIDENTS pay for THAT damage!!!!!
