When will this pathetic woman go away? I am not at all defending the corrupt and wasteful city "leadership" but the HRC did NOTHING to protect "human rights." Are there human rights violations in Wheeling? Is Wheeling in South Africa or Detroit?

Her office received a total of 120-130 contacts per day, which includes walk-ins, snail mail letters, faxes, emails and phone calls.

How many people get more than 100 emails alone, per day?

She got a parking space for someone? Isn't that a job for the city?

I don't know the woman and I have no skin in the game but she just seems as though she is a sad person clinging to a job in which she didn't really do much beyond hand out pamphlets and go to dinner meetings.
