That Manchin opposse means little as it is his party and his President that wants to keep redistributing people's money. People who live in hurricane/tornado areas do so as a choice. NOw anyone who lives anywhere a flood might occur in the next century must pay for flood insurance (MUST) but in the Obamaworld everyone pays for everyone else. So now we must pay for the risk of those who CHOOSE to live in Florida and the beachfronts everywhere. Some poor guy living in a place where a creek might flood, just maybe, is going to pay premiums like he lives in Tampa. See, the Feds don't really pay for anything, they just tax you to pay for "programs" and announce what a great job they are doing. If you live on Nosebleed Hollow you have to pay for New Orleans. Obama is not. Its ALWAYS your money they are spending, not their little corrupton funds they use for pork projects. Manchin chimes in that he is "agin it" and thats his contribution. We will still pay for this.
