"It is just children behaving badly," McNamara said".----- What? Does this guy not understand that a young girl was raped and then publicly humiliated via photos sent over the Internet, that will always be there? How sickening is that?

Judy Jones, SNAP Midwest Associate Director, 636-433-2511, SNAPJudy@gmail**** "SNAP" the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, is the world's oldest and largest support group for clergy abuse victims. SNAP was founded in 1988 and has more than 15,000 members. Despite the word "priest" in our title, we have members who were molested by religious figures of all denominations, including nuns, rabbis, bishops, and Protestant ministers and increasingly, victims who were assaulted in a wide range of institutional settings like summer camps, athletic programs, Boy Scouts, etc

All things considered this was a very weak case and maybe even overkill. This is a mother of a child not there, not present for any of it who is also a principal of an elementary school that no students were affected or involved. If it is true that Big Red administrators, teachers and coaches knew about this kind of conduct and that the Superintendent (who is indicted) knew that it was going on, what chance did this woman have of changing the conduct of people above her in the system? Hopefully the other cases will have some merit, but in this woman's case this was no case at all. She is more collateral political damage. If they thought she did something wrong she would not have been sentenced to such a light non sentence. This does not reflect well on the investigation and grand jury work at all.
