HAIL TO THE CHIEF!

What people don't know about Chief Longwell is his kind heart & dedication. A state wrestling champ at John Marshall high school he worked extra jobs after school Upon graduation, he was elected the youngest Police Chief in the nation. My daughter attended John Marshall with Frank and says that he remains today what he was as a young man; an honest gentleman.

Does this guy get his picture in the paper for every bodily function he performs??

I think you have a bridge with a 10 million pound problem you can't seem to shed.

Perhaps as part of his "exercise regimen" they could tie one end of a rope around Longwell's waist, and the other end around various parts of the Bellaire Bridge, and he could pull several parts of the bridge down on his own! Just make sure he's properly insured and posts a bond before undertaking such an exercise regimen!

It took awhile, but "The Chief" finally got the message; overweight and under exercise are literally murder. Controlling weight and staying physically active are the best possible medicines for a host of medical problems. The most dangerous item in most homes is the easy chair. Combined with the TV remote control it kills and cripples countless individuals.

I applaud Mr. Longwell for his effort, but did someone just buy him a "MIRROR" 3 years ago? Just asking.

Taking cheap shots at the man for dealing with his health issues reflects badly on those doing that. Easy to disagree with him on political/city issues but that he is taking on health issues is not something to ridicule. Any human being would wish him well on that. People who use anonymous venues to make personal attacks are like people who make harassing phones and hangup. Good luck, Chief. Its a long hard road and keeping weight off is almost as hard. Save your life.
