hoopie, The WV DEP employees 850+ people! Maybe they could get up off the chair.....

Funny thing is that the gobernor could just direct the DEP to inspect the tanks! Nope, need to make it a political circus that will result in nothing but lip service!

Funny when the people "think" goberment is protecting them and then when something happens (sh it happens) how incompetent the system really is. The goberment is good at one thing spending money on things we don't need or want.....

Regulations don't mean a thing if there isn't adequate funding to employ regulators. Having two people enforce all of the regulations for an entire state is a joke.
