Reminds me of a novel from the 1920s---Upton Sinclair's "Oil!"---which was recently made into a movie called "There Will Be Blood."

Idiots. The biggest limiting factor in developing one of the premier gas fields in the WORLD is idiotic, uninformed land owners who think they are going to get $10 million for their three acres, or worse, those who think their water well is going to be contaminated from "that there 'frackin'". You are impeding real beneficial progress. Kill yourself.

If the Gas that the Gas Companies are drilling, would go to the United States, then I would be for 'forced pooling', but, NO, they are shipping it to forieign Countries where its being sold as a profit.

Im against anyone taking anything from any land, that isnt in agreement with the Gas Company, because of that, and it shouldnt be right to do so. Make America Strong, by keeping it here, not abroad! I wish you well...

We do not need forced pooling what we really need if forced term limits. More people want this and it would change the economy in WV and the water would be cleaner. Time for an extra flush next election.

Wonder where the DOH Supervisor indicted by FBI got the idea he could lie about state contracts. Time to look within government for savings and have a real audit of WV government and agencies. We cannot afford the politicians we have now. Give them a $1700 chair and they will want a $3000 chair. Time for a change in WV we cannot afford them.

Time to start tracking the political donation so next election we can see who is working for the oil and gas industry and forgot the people elected them to office to protect them. WV DOH worker learned he should not lie.

Forced pooling is a quick profit for the oil and gas companies. The WV Legislature should not be allow to take no money from the oil and gas industry. Maybe past the law they want for the State AG to apply to any law firm or friends of all state politicians. Time for a change in representation and term limits. We cannot afford the politicians we have now.

The taxpayer is broke and close to poverty and the government keep complaining there is not enough money for $1700 chairs. Maybe it is time to cut government and let the people have extra money for food or utilities. Anyone who take money from oil and gas companies or want to increase taxes should be voted out of office. Term limits would help every taxpayer.
