Stop blaming "autisim" and "ADHD" for your child's behavior and LOOK IN THE MIRROR!!!

We have a REAL disease that has run rampid throughout the country and it has DESTROYED the family and created the high crime rate and drug addiction we see today

It's caused by "PPD" (Poor Parenting Disorder)

And the other major factor is "ADD" (Absent Dad Disorder)

When I was a kid EVERY time you had a bad kid who got into trouble, without exeption he came from a "broken home"!!!

Today is no different!!!

The only thing that HAS changed is that nearly 60% are now from "broken homes"!!!!

This MUST be reversed if there is any hope of ever fixing this!!!!!

In today's jargon, wasting billions of taxpayer dollars on wasteful do-nothing programs is called "investment."

"For those who have paid taxes toward a program, receiving assistance is "seeing a return on investment."

What business school did she go to??? In all of the business curriculum lectures I sat through in college, I never once heard any of my professors equate taxation with ROI.

"She believes there is a false stigma tied to the idea of receiving government assistance."

No, the problem is that the "stigma" for being on welfare no longer exists, thereby fostering generational welfare in perpetuity.

"The larger goal is to end child poverty in West Virginia," said Blaacker."

I guess that means that if she succeeds at her goal that she will be out of a job. Therefor it is in her vested interest to fail. Ain't government wonderful?

Hey, I know. Let's create another taxpayer-funded entity to talk about problems. They can have meetings, attend conferences, eat donuts on our dime. It'll be great. And then we'll be where we started.
