Mike, instead of setting up a second "rainy day" fund, as the legislature is getting prepared to take $125 million out of the first one in order to balance the budget, why not just take the money that was to fund the second rainy day fund and use that to pay the bills.

Anti-Morrisey legislation has brought unwanted attention to the state and how cronies might be afraid of investigations. We can only hope the Feds will be coming soon.

The lawmakers have the luxury of attending meeting/sessions/after work eating and drinking! They have good reason to not trust each other, they know each other! LOL
