There is nothing free about Obamacare unless of course you are in the non working Democratic vote block for which the law was written. The middle class people who work and raise families will pay for this as they do everything else. Notice how insurance companies are lining up to get on the Federal nipple just as before and the hospitals as giddy as they have a new source of money (our taxes) for which to charge the fore $75.00 aspirins. Remember way back when all of this started there was a clamor for cost controls and pricing controls on the health/drug industry? Well, we don't need that now, not only are you paying to house, feed, clothe and raise the non worker's children you are now going to pay for their medical care wihtout harming the doctors and system that will charge unlimited amounts for it. Wonder what happens when we reach the breaking point? We cannot be far away from that.

It's not unclear; the answer is four departments in West Virginia are large enough. It has been a moot issue since January, however, when the treasury department said it would not count "nominally" compensated first responders.
