Wanders:"The chemical spill had people hospitalized, along with 300,000 unable to use their water for a week."

Indeed. So should we stop everything and hold hands when someone dies in a car? Or how about when someone chokes on that organic bird seed bread? Act mature.

The answer is simple, Mike. They shouldn't. Now, let's move on. I wonder how much money could be saved if the various government eliminated Cadillac health plans for employees?

wonderwhiner, what political party controlled the local, state, and federal government agencies that were responsible for inspecting and monitoring those storage tanks? Would that be your Democrit party? Mmm hmmm. Oops.

Maybe you'd better just go back to the "but BBUUUUUUSH!" whining and "Faux" News babbling. You don't want any more exposure on your Demorat Party failures, especially with an election this close. LOL

SME- Do you think sitting on here lying is doing anything but making you look foolish. Do your homework! The chemical spill had people hospitalized, along with 300,000 unable to use their water for a week. Freedom Industries filed bankruptcy the next day, and left the clean-up to the taxpayers. The long term health complications have not even been determined. If you want to drink fracking fluids and harmful chemicals, that's your choice. There are plenty of innocent people that have been harmed.

How's the cheap electrical power these days, BushWhineFactory? Like some Solyndra-style pixie dust with that? You know, for extra cost? LOL

"EPA can increase the cost of living dramatically for most Americans"

Remember who is to blame when you're only getting $20 in gas because you cant really afford the $60 it costs to fill up. The Bucktoothed snail and Polar Bear needs leg room where hundreds of millions of barrels of crude is located. THE EPA jihadists caused it.

EPA is nothing more than a taxpayer funded arm of the Democrat party.

The federal appeals court rules once again in favor of the Obama administration and the EPA and Mike pops another blood vessel in his brain, prompting another inane editorial. Must love broken records or recycled editorials. I can't believe people pay for this rag.

Editor has no concern for expectant moms, children, and others in AEP's drift.

I was hoping Lisa P. Jackson would run for Rockefeller's Senate Seat in November; she could still make it as a Independent but would have to give up her job at Apple.
