Market Street Hit-and-Run Reported

WHEELING — The Wheeling Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run reported at about 2:30 p.m. Thursday in a crosswalk area on Market Street near Subway. A woman reportedly was injured when she was struck by the vehicle which then left the scene. A report of the incident was not available today at the Wheeling Police Department. The victim’s name and condition have not been released.
